【摘

要】目的

分析经尿道前列腺钬激光剜除术（
HoL EP
）在良性前列腺增生治疗中的应
用效果。方法

收集
2017
年
8
月至
2019
年
2
月我院收治的良性前列腺增生患者
60
例，随机
平分为观察组和对照组，观 察组患者行前列腺钬激光剜除术，对照组患者行等离子前列腺电
切术（
TURP
），比 较两组患者治疗效果、一般治疗情况和术后并发症发生率。结果

观察组患
者治疗后< br>IPSS
评分、最大尿流率和残留尿量均明显优于对照组，
P<0.05
；观察 组患者手术时
间、术中出血量、导管留置时间和住院时间均明显少于对照组，
P<0.05；观察组患者术后并
发症发生率明显少于对照组，
P<0.05
。结论

经尿道前列腺钬激光剜除术（
HoLEP
）可有效提
高良性前列腺增生治疗效 果，对于改善患者预后、降低并发症发生率均具有积极作用，值得
推广应用。

[Abstract] objective to analyze the effect of transurethral holmium laser enucleation of
prostate
（
HoLEP
）
in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Method collected in August
2017 to February 2019

our hospital of 60 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia
，
randomly
split as observation group and control group
，
the observation group of patients with prostate
gouge holmium laser in addition to
，
the control group patients plasma cutting technique of
prostate
（
TURP
），
to compare two groups of patients' treatment effect
，
general treatment and
postoperative complications. Results after treatment
，
IPSS score
，
maximum urine flow rate and
residual urine volume in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control
group
（
P<0.05
）
. The operation time
，
intraoperative blood loss
，
catheter indwelling time and
hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group
（
P<0.05
）
. The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was
significantly lower than that in the control group
，
P<0.05. Conclusion transurethral holmium laser
enucleation of prostate
（
HoLEP
）
can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of benign
prostatic hyperplasia
（
BPH
），
which has positive effects on improving the prognosis of patients
and reducing the incidence of complications
，
and is worthy of promotion and application.

良性前列腺增生是临床男科 常见的泌尿系统疾病，在中老年人群中较为常见，前列腺增
生可造成患者出现排尿困难、尿痛等症状[1]
，严重影响患者的健康和生活质量。手术治疗法
是目前治疗该病的主要治疗手段，传 统前列腺电切术（
TURP
）虽然手术疗效确切，但是手术
创伤较大，患者术后恢复缓 慢，痛苦显著，在老年患者应用中受到一定的限制。经尿道前列
腺钬激光剜除术（
HoLEP< br>）是近年来发展起来治疗良性前列腺增生的新型手术治疗方式，为
了进一步研究经尿道前列腺钬激 光剜除术（

）在良性前列腺增生治疗中的可行性，我
