。
最早采 用半定量的沉淀试验，
现在制备优质的抗血清，
可以建立高灵敏度、高特异性、重复性好的定量 测定方法。
CRP
是第一个被认为是急性时
相反应蛋白的，在急性创伤和感染时其血浓 度急剧升高。
CRP
由肝细胞所合成。
