属淋 症，慢性前
列腺炎以尿道口凉白色分泌物，
轻度尿频或尿道灼痛，
少腹，
会阴 ，搞完，胀痛不适，腰骶部疼痛为主的主要症状，属于
精浊，白浊，膏淋等范畴，中老年人肾气渐虚，下 元不固，
复因湿热浊邪蕴结下焦，气血瘀堵不畅而发病。

湿热下注，
在前列腺疾病初起，
急性期
较为突出，外界气候，比如夏天湿热 也会影响人体内部的环
境，产生各种疾病，出现血尿。即在前列腺炎当腺体血管破
裂时可见血尿 ，这是湿热的一种表现。

气血瘀滞，病程较长，以疼痛为主。贯
穿疾病的全过程。前列腺疾病不止有尿路刺激症状，同 时还
有会阴部，小腹前阴部疼痛，有事可能兼有腰骶部位疼痛，
这种疼痛主要因为血瘀气滞引起 。
