当归补血口服液对肿瘤患者生活质
量及免疫功能影响的临床研究

【摘要】

目的

观察中药对肿瘤患者生
活质量及免疫功能的影响。
方法

将
97
例晚
期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为治疗组
49
例，
对照组
48
例，治疗组用中药当归补血口服
液配合全身化疗进行治疗，
并与单纯化疗组对照，两组化疗方案相同。结果

两组治疗
效果差异无显着性，
而治疗组 患者的生活质
量指标：
Karnofsky
评分、体重变化情况、
症状缓解情 况等，以及机体免疫功能方面，
均较对照组明显为优。结论

中药当归补血
口 服液对晚期肿瘤患者改善生活质量、
提高
免疫功能有明显疗效。

Abstract
】
Objective
To
study
the
effect of Chinese herbal tonicsDanggui
buxu ekoufuye in improving quality of
life and enhancing the immunological
function of the cancer
Ninetyseven
patients with advanced nonesmall cell
lung cancer were divided randomly into
control group(49 cases)and treatment
group(48 cases).Chemotherapy is the
only measure taken in the control group
while the same chemotherapy was used in
the treatment group in additional to
Danggui buxue
The effective rate

groups
was
not
significantly
different(P

syndromes relieved,and immunological
function of patients in the treatment
group was significant discrepancy than
that in the control group(P

.Conclusion The Danggui buxue
koufuye can significantly improve
quality of life and enhance the
immunological function of the cancer
patients at their advanced stage.
