摘要：目的

探讨改良子宫切口剖宫产用于完全性前置胎盘中的护理方法及效果。
方法

例完全性前置胎盘孕妇，均给予改良子宫切口剖宫产，根据护理方法不
同分为对照组和观察组，各24
例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予综合护理，

[abstract] Objective To explore the nursing method and effect of modified uterine
incision cesarean section in complete placenta previa. Methods 48 pregnant women
with complete placenta previa were given modified uterine incision cesarean section.
According to different nursing methods

while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing. The nursing effects of

前置胎盘指的是妊娠
28< br>周后，胎盘没有附着处于子宫体部的侧壁、前后壁，
而是附着处与子宫下端或覆盖宫颈内口，其位 置比胎儿早露部低

。前置胎盘产
妇易出现胎位异常、产前产后出血、腹内感染等 现象，是妊娠晚期出血的主要因
素，若治疗、处理不当，将易造成产褥感染等并发症，对母儿生命造成威 胁。本
文为了进一步探讨改良子宫切口剖宫产用于完全性前置胎盘中的护理，特选取本
院收治的 完全性前置胎盘孕妇作为研究对象，现报告如下。
