篇一:三分钟演讲—减肥
保持身材,科学减肥
尊敬的老师,亲爱的同学:
大家好!
在这个快节奏的现代社会里,健康是人们格外关心的话
题,众所周知,大多数人都处 于亚健康状态,主要表现为身
材偏胖,而这又主要是由不合理的饮食引起的。在座的各位
同学都 是正值青春年华,对身材或多或少都有重视,特别是
对于女生来说更是重中之重。那么,你们是否曾为发 胖的身
材而苦恼呢,如果有的话,那就请听仔细了,我接下来要讲
的应该会对你有所帮助。
我今天的演讲主题是:保持身材,科学减肥!
减肥是考验意志力的行为,其主要包括三个方面
一:注意饮食,首选清淡、健康、绿色的食品、要根据
人体自然生理规律进行饮食。
1.
用低脂的肉类(鸡鱼)代替高脂肉类(猪)
,或用豆制品代替部分荤食。烹调中多用炖与蒸的方法,少炒与炸。
2.
多吃含纤维多的粮食,蔬菜、水果,因为有了体积
才有饱感,在能吃饱的同时又不会摄入过多的 热量,何乐而
不为呢。
3.
吃东西时适当喝水,可以帮助食物顺利吞咽,为了
避免越吃越多,就不要搭配饮料。
二:运动。即使不能大
量运动也要适量、运动是维持身体活力的源泉、对身体也是
大有 好处。日常生活中,时不时的活动下,可以消耗很多热
量。不一定要去健身房长时间不间断的运动。但是 要注意,
不能因为运动量增加就多吃,这样是不好的。想要运动强度
大一点又不想太累的话,可 以选择快走,不仅能消耗热量,
而且能让你在第二天以更高的速度燃烧脂肪。因为,身体依
靠不 同的燃料提供能量——碳水化合物
+
脂肪。肌肉主要使
用碳水化合物提供热量,运动时 消耗了大量的碳水化合物,
这需要
22
小时的消耗脂肪来补充能量支撑人体运转,所以
即便是睡觉时,你也在燃烧脂肪。

苦”的负面感受,不利于长期抗战。

控制食物份量就是王道,如果不知道各种食物的热
量而随意选择的话,每样食物最多只能吃三口,控制份量比
控制热量还重要。

苹果、

海带、

My aunt had been trying to lose weight for years.
She went on one diet after another, but none of them
worked. She lost a lot of weight quickly only to have

come
back.
Finally,
she
followed
her
doctor's
advice
and began to eat a simple, well- balanced diet. She ate
lots
of
fruits
and
vegetables
and
avoided
high-fat
foods. In addition, she joined an exercise class. She
worked
out
three
times
a
week.
At
first,
my
aunt
wasn't
happy because the weight came off so slowly. But her
classmates encouraged her to stick to it and
eventually she reached her goal. Best of all, she
was able to stay at
her
ideal
weight.
That
was
because
she
had
developed healthy new habits.
