［摘

要］

目的：探讨雌激素受体
(ER)
、孕激素受体
(PR)
、
BCL2
、
Ki67与绝经后子宫内膜息肉的关系。方法：选择
27
例绝经后
萎缩的子宫内膜作为对照 组，
33
例绝经后子宫内膜息肉样本。
所有样
本均未进行过激素治疗。
用
SP
免疫组化法检测绝经后子宫内膜息肉和
萎缩子宫内膜中
ER
、
PR
、
BCL2
、
Ki67
的表达。
结果：与对照组相比较：
息肉的腺上皮和间质细胞中
ER
、
BCL2
、
Ki67
的表达升高
(P<0.05)
；
PR
在两组 中的表达无显著差异
(P>0.05)
。结论：雌激素受体可能
在绝经后子宫内 膜息肉的发生中起到一定作用，它可能通过直接刺激
局部子宫内膜增生或者抑制凋亡而发挥作用。

Objective
To
explore
the
relationship
between
estrogen
receptors(ER)
，
progesterone
receptors(PR)
，
BCL2
，
Ki67
and
postmenopausal
endometrial
polyps
．
Methods
thirtythree
postmenopausal
endometrial
polyps
and
twentyseven
postmenopausal
endometrium
were
selected
，
none
sample
was
using
hormonal
therapy
．
The
presence
of
ER
，
PR
，
BCL2
，
Ki67
were
detected
by
immunohistochemical
staining
．
Results
In
both

the
glandular
epithelium and stroma of endometrial polyps
，
ER
，
BCL2
and
Ki67
showed
significantly
more
positive
staining
than
the
inactive
endometrium
from
the
control
group(P<0
．
05)
．
There
was
no
difference
in
expression
of
PR
between the two groups
．
Conclusion ER may play a role in the
development
of
postmenopausal
endometrial
polyps
．
Which
either
by
direct
stimulation
of
prolifertion
or
by
inhibition
of
apoptosis
．

子宫内膜息肉在生育年龄主要表现为月经过多、
经期间出血或不
孕，绝经后妇女则表现为少量点滴状出血。随着年龄增长，其发病率
升高，绝经后妇女的发病率为

经后子宫内膜息肉病因学及发病机制尚未完全清楚。国内相关文献报
道较少，为此， 我们进行了该方面的探讨。

材料与方法

标本来源

选取我院及郑州大学第一附属医院病理科
2000

年手术切取的绝经后子宫内膜标本
60
例，
其中绝经后
萎缩的子宫内膜
27
例，绝经后子宫内膜息肉
33
例。

所有试剂均购自福州迈新生物技术开发有限公司。

染色方法

采用
SP
免疫组化法。

免疫组化阳性染色为棕褐色颗粒

其中
E R
、
PR
、
KI67
为细胞核阳性：
Bcl2
为细 胞膜或浆阳性，
表达的判定以阳性细胞的百
分率进行评估。阳性细胞数
>20%
为阳性表达，阳性细胞数
<20%
为阴性表达。
