[摘要] 《中医儿 科常见病诊疗指南》临床应用评价是为了整体了解该指南的质量水平和临
床应用情况。采用调查问卷和前 瞻性病例调查分析方法，开展基于临床医生问卷调查的适用性
评价和基于临床病例观察的应用性评价。适 用性评价，医生熟悉和使用《指南》的比例分别为
85.06%，62.76%，按照职称分类，中级职 称人员熟悉和使用率较高，初级职称人员较低；
《指南》质量水平评价，除调摄预防（70.80%）、 其他治法（87.82%）合理性较低，其他条
目评价合理性较好的比例均在96%以上；适用情况评价 ，除“简便性”评分略低（82.07%），其
他条目评分较好的比例均在91%以上；综合评价，《指 南》适用的比例为94.94%。应用性评
价，指南应用符合度除组方用药（88.43%）、其他治法 （67.96%）、调摄预防（65.86%），
其他辨证论治内容符合率均在96%以上；应用效果评 价较好以上的比例，疗效92.96%，安全
性99.89%，经济性97.45%。该研究表明《中医 儿科常见病诊疗指南》质量水平较好，临床基
本适用，可作为中医儿科常见病的规范性诊疗方案推荐使用 ；但存在部分不适用内容，有待于
进一步完善；《指南》应加强调摄预防、其他治法方面内容的修订。

[Abstract] Clinical application evaluation research of Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment
of Common Diseases of Pediatrics in Traditional Chinese Medicine intends to evaluate the quality
level and clinical application of the guideline. A questionnaire and prospective case survey methods
were used to evaluate the applicability evaluation based on the clinician questionnaire and the
application evaluation based on clinical case observation. The applicability evaluation， familiarity
and utilization rate of doctors' guidelines were 85.06%， 62.76%； Sort by technical grade，
intermediate grade doctors have a higher familiarity rate and utilization rate， while the junior grade
doctor′s is lower； Guide quality level of applicability evaluation， other items′ rational percentage
