妇产科临床常见阴道炎的用药及疗效分析

【摘 要】目的：研究分析妇产科临床常见阴道炎的用药及疗效。方法：选取我院收治的
80例阴道炎患 者为研究对象，均有不同程度的阴部瘙痒等临床症状，分析患者临床资料，判
断阴道炎类型并给予针对性 治疗，记录患者临床治疗效果情况。结果：20例老年阴道炎患者
中，痊愈患者为18例，痊愈率为90 .0%，好转患者为2例，所占比为10.0%。30例细菌性阴
道炎患者经过治疗后，25例患者痊愈 ，痊愈率为83.33%，好转患者为5例，所占比例为
16.67%。30例外阴阴道念珠菌病患者中 ，完全痊愈患者为28例，所占比为93.33%，好转患者
为2例，所占比例为6.67%。结论：妇 产科临床常见阴道炎针对性用药治疗临床效果良好，患
者生活质量高，具有临床推广的意义。

Abstract Objective： To study the treatment and curative effect of common vaginitis in obstetrics
and gynecology. Method： choose 80 cases of our hospital vaginitis patients as the research object，
and all have different degrees of clinical symptoms such as vaginal itching， analysis of clinical
data， vaginitis types， and give the specific therapy clinical therapeutic effect in patients with
records. Results： among the 20 cases of senile vaginitis， the recovery rate was 90.0%， the
recovery rate was 90.0%， and the proportion was 10.0%. After the treatment of 30 patients with
bacterial vaginitis， 25 patients recovered， the recovery rate was 83.33%， and the improvement
was 5 cases， accounting for 16.67%. Among the 30 patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis， 28
cases were fully recovered， with 93.33% of the patients， and 2 patients with improved patients，
accounting for 6.67%. Conclusion： the clinical effect of the treatment of common vaginitis in
gynecology and obstetrics is good， the quality of life is high， and it has the significance of clinical
promotion.

在临床治疗中，阴道炎为一种常见的疾病，可分为细菌性阴道炎及滴虫阴道 炎等，妇女阴
道自然防御功能被破坏后，易被病原体侵入[1]，导致阴道炎症发生，降低患者生活质量 。阴
道炎主要可分为细菌性阴道炎及滴虫阴道炎等，混合性感染患者较多，复发率高，临床治疗效
果并不理想。为研究分析妇产科临床常见阴道炎的用药及疗效，选取我院2017年8月到2018
年 2月收治的80例阴道炎患者为研究对象，报告如下。
