低频脉冲电治疗对产妇催乳的效果

【摘要】目的观察产后应用低频脉冲治 疗仪对促进子宫复旧、促进产妇提前泌
乳和增加泌乳量、减少产后尿潴留发生的效果。方法随机选择20 10年10月
~2011年2月200例为试验组，应用低频脉冲综合治疗仪每日治疗2次，连
续治疗6天。另随机选择200例为对照组，使用采用传统的食物和药物进行护
理，观察比较催乳，产后 排尿和子宫复旧等情况。结果试验组较对照组乳汁分
泌量增加，减轻乳块瘀积，产后尿潴留及术后肠胀气 发生率降低，子宫复旧好，
产后24小时内的出血量明显减少。结论低频脉冲产后康复综合治疗仪用于促
进产后恢复疗效好，安全可靠，使用方便，经济实惠，且不良反应少，值得在
产科病房中推广应 用。%Objective: To observe the effect of low- frequency
pulse therapy instrument on postpartum uterine involution, early
maternal lactation, milk secretion, and postpartum urinary retention.
Methods: randomly selected 200 cases of test group and control group
respectively, between October 2010 and February 2011, application of
low-frequency pulse therapy instrument daily for 2 times,6 days of
continuous treatment for the test group; Traditional food and
