无剖宫产指征产妇不同分娩方式住院费用的分析

【摘要】目的：分析无剖宫产指征产妇 不同分娩方式的住院费用，为有效降低
产科医疗成本提供参考依据。方法：选择本院2012年1月至2 013年7月
3000例分娩的产妇，其中无医学指征剖宫产术、会阴切开顺产分娩、非会阴切
开顺产分娩各1000例，对3组分娩方式住院费用进行分析。结果：无指征剖
宫产术医疗费用最高，其 次是会阴切开术，非会阴切开术所需费用最少，导致
前者远远高于后两者的主要因素是手术费、药费及材 料费。结论：应采取有效
措施降低无指征剖宫产率，减少住院费用，节约医疗资源，为产科医疗体制的< br>改革提供参考。%Objective:To analyze hospitalization expenses among
different modes of delivery without medical indications for caesarean
section and to provide evidence for effectively reducing obstetric
medical cost. Methods:A total of 3 000 maternal cases,including 1 000
cases of cesarean section without medical indications,1 000 cases of
episiotomy eutocia and 1 000 cases of non-episiotomy eutocia,were
selected in one hospital from January 2012 to July 2013,and the
constituent ratios and structures of their hospitalization expenses were
analyzed among these 3 groups. Results:The hospitalization expenses of
