肝素钠治疗儿童重症肺炎效果观察

[摘要] 目的 探讨肝素钠治疗儿童重症肺炎的临床效果。 方法 选取2012年1月～2013年1
月本院收治的重症肺炎患儿80例，将其根据治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组各40例，对照
组采用 常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上给予肝素钠10 U（kg·次）皮下注射，1 d 2次，连
用5～7 d。比较两组的临床疗效及肺部啰音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、呼吸困难消失时间、住
院时间。 结果 治疗后观察组总有效率为97.50%，显著高于对照组的80.00%，两组差异有统
计学意义（P

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effects of heparin sodium in the treatment of

重症肺炎是 3岁以下儿童的重要死亡原因，如果感染后抗感染及辅助治疗措施不及时，最
后可出现多器官功能障碍而 导致死亡[1]。本研究探讨在常规治疗基础上给予肝素钠治疗的临
床疗效及症状消失时间，现报道如下 。
