精浆锌测定与男性不育的分析

[摘要] 目的：检测精浆中锌的浓度，分析其与男性不育的关系。方法：采用化学比色法检
测116例 精浆锌浓度，其中弱精子组25例，少弱精子组28例，死精子27例，正常生育组36
例。结果：弱精 子组、少弱精子组精浆锌含量均显著低于正常生育组（P＜0.05），死精子组
精浆锌含量显著高于正 常生育组（P＜0.05）。结论：精浆锌浓度与男性不育症有密切关系。

[Abstract] Objective: To detect the concentration of seminal plasma zinc and assay the relation
between the zinc level and malesterility. Methods: To detect seminal plasma zinc level of 116 cases
with the chemical colorimetric; 25 cases with asthenospermia man, 28 cases with
oligoasthenozoospermia, 27 cases with necrozoospermia, 36 cases with normal fertile man. Results:

近年来精浆锌与男性不育的关系，引 起越来越多的重视，研究表明精浆锌是男性生殖必不
可少的微量元素。精浆锌含量高、低与男性不育有直 接关系。现将我院近年116例精浆锌检测
的结果进行统计分析，并探讨微量元素锌对男性不育症的影响 。
