【摘要】Objective To study the reasons for high cesarean section rate,to
evaluate the indications for cesarean section and to discuss how to
reduce cesarean section s Medical records of 5612
parturients hospitalized between Jan.2000 and Dec.2007 were
rate of cesarean sections and the percentage of various
indications of cesarean sections were s Cesarean section
rate increased to 42.8％ (6001400) in 2000,47.7％ (6001271) in
2001,53.0％ (6571239) in 2002,52.9％ (5301002) in 2003,55.4％
(7361328) in 2004,58.7％ (7441279) in 2005,54.6％ (7491372) in 2006
and 64.2％ (9961552) in main indications of cesarean section
included social factors,fetal distress,pregnancy-associated complications
and sions The key to lower the rate of cesarean section
is to grasp the medical indication strictly and manage clinical dystocia
actively,as well as to decrease the cesarean of social factors.%目的 探讨
高剖宫产率的原因,分析剖宫产各项指征的合理性,寻找降低剖宫产率的对策.方
法 对我 院2000年1月至2007年12月5612例剖宫产产妇的病历资料进行回
