三七叶苷软胶囊改善睡眠功能试验研究

【摘要】目的 研究三七叶苷软胶囊改善动物睡眠功能.方法 通过戊巴比妥钠睡
眠时间实验、戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量催眠 试验、巴比妥钠睡眠潜伏期实验对三七
叶苷软胶囊进行检测.结果 能延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间、协同戊 巴比妥钠阈下剂
量催眠作用、缩短巴比妥钠睡眠潜伏期,与阴性对照组的差异具有显著性(P＜
0.01或P＜0.05),无直接睡眠作用,对小鼠的体重无影响.结论 三七叶苷软胶囊具
有改善睡眠功能作用.%Objective Research on Sanqi leaf glucoside soft
capsule improving animals sleep. Methods Sanqi leaf glucoside soft
capsule were detected through the sodium pentobarbital sleep time
experiment, the nembutal subthreshold-hypnosis dose hypnotic
experiment and the pentobarbital sodium sleep latency period
experiment. Results The results showed that the sodium pentobarbital
sleep time was lengthened, the nembutal subthreshold- hypnosis dose
hypnotic effect was collaborated and the pentobarbital sodium sleep
latency was shortened. Sanqi leaf glucoside soft capsule showed the
significant difference with the negative control on improving animals
sleep (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05). At the same time, Sanqi leaf glucoside soft
capsule had no obvious effect on body weight in mice. Conclusion
Sanqi leaves glucoside soft capsule improved sleep.
