The kind of hormone medicines are becoming more and more in years,
some
doctors
and
patients
didn

use
it

way,
think
it
as

powerful ointment
”,
of course, which always make a terrible result. This

us

the

hormone
for
your
disease
.The
lotion
of
hormones
have
disadvantage,
which
connected
with these factors such as species, dosage, the time for using this kind of
medicine,

patients,
constitution,
diseases
and
so

danger

激素类外用药的品种逐年增多，
有的医务人员或患者不能正常 的
选择使用，甚至把它当成“万能膏”
，造成严重后果。本文指出使用
激素类外用药应 选择适应症。
激素类外用药的不良反应，
与它的种类、
剂量、用药时间的长短、患者的 年龄、体质和所患疾病等因素有关。

激素，主要指的是肾上腺皮质激素（简称皮质激 素）
。皮质激素
类药尤其是外用药是医院皮肤科的常用药，由于它具有较强的抗炎、
抗 毒和抗过敏作用，许多皮肤病使用之后，可使症状迅速得到改善。
因此，
不仅已成为皮肤科医生 的一大法宝，
而且也深受广大患者的喜
爱。然而，需要引起注意的是，有些患者或医务人员错误 的把这类药
物当成了“万能膏”
，无论患了什么皮肤病都不加选择的使用它。殊
不知，
皮质激素类药物虽然对某些皮肤病具有较好的治疗效果，
但其
作用大都仅仅是治标不治 本，
并不能消除病因，
而且也不是所有皮肤
病都适宜使用，更何况这类药物的不良反应 较多，如果使用不当，不
但可以抑制人体的免疫功能，而且还会加重病情，造成严重后果，轻
则 毁容，重则危及生命。因此，皮质激素类外用药不能随意乱用，必
须严格掌握其使用适应症。

皮质激素类外用药的适应症

下列皮肤病可考虑选用 皮质激素类外用药，如严重的剥脱性皮
炎、接触性皮炎、脂溢性皮炎、神经性皮炎、局限性银屑病、湿疹 、
肛周和外生殖器瘙痒、扁平苔藓、玫瑰糠疹和疱疹等。

、使用皮质激素类外用药的注意事项

2.1
严格掌握用药适应症 ，如果能用其它药物控制症状的，一般应避
免使用皮质激素类外用药，也就是说，可用可不用的患者，应 尽量不
用。

2.2
正确选择药物品种，在一般情况下，治疗开始时可先用高 效皮质
激素外用药，如地塞米松、去炎松和肤轻松等，待病情好转后，可改
用低效类皮质激素外 用药，
如氢化可的松等。
这样可以有效地防止不
良反应的发生。

选择合适的药物剂型，如果药物剂选择不当，不仅难以达到理想
的治疗效果，有时还可引起 不良反应。一般而言，急性皮炎湿疹没有
糜烂及渗出者，可选用粉剂或混悬剂；亚急性皮炎，有轻度渗出 、小
片糜烂者，
可选用油剂；
慢性湿疹、
神经性皮炎或皮肤干燥、
脱 屑者，
可选用乳剂、软膏或硬膏剂；有水疱、糜烂、渗出叫较多者，可选用
水剂湿敷。
