Abstract
】
Objective: To explore the efficacy of high ligation of varicocele under
laparoscopy. Methods: 105 patients with varicocele accompanied by abnormal semen
parameters were selected, and their relevant indicators of semen analysis before and
after operation were analyzed retrospectively. Results: All operation went smoothly,
with the average operation time of 35min, and the average length of stay of 3.2 days.
Sperm density, progressive sperm, survival rate and normal morphology rate before
operation of 95 patients in this group were improved obviously compared with that
after operation. Conclusion: High ligation of spermatic vein under laparoscopy does
improve the fertility of male patients, in accordance with the standard of minimally
invasive.

资料与方法

一般资料


我院从

月共收治精索静脉曲张患者
192
例，选取
其中的
105
例。入选标准：
①
年龄
21
～
45
岁，
Ⅱ
度以上精索静脉曲张伴精液检
查异常；
②
男方无肝肾疾病、内分泌及泌尿生殖道炎症等疾病；
③
近期无发热
及睾丸肿痛等病史；
④
无长期口服影响生育药物史。经筛查后有
105
例符合 条件
的患者入选。本组患者平均年龄
27.8
岁。其中左侧
72
例， 双侧
33
例，均证实为
原发性精索静脉曲张。以男性不育症就诊者

例，以睾丸部位肿胀不适就诊者

例，以其他原因就诊者

例，选择精子 密度、前向运动精子率、存活率、正常
形态率四个指标作为参数，术前均常规行精液分析及

有精索静脉曲张且可探及返流性血流信号。

手术方法


手术均采用 静吸复合全麻，取脐上方横切口
