不孕不育的效果及其预后 。方法：选取自2012年6月～2014年6月在该院
治疗的183例宫腔因素性不孕患者，应用宫腔 镜进行检查，并根据检查结果进
行治疗。治疗后观察对比各组的妊娠状况和并发症的发生。结果：不同宫 腔因
素组间的妊娠率差别很大，各组妊娠率间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。所有
并发 症患者均经治疗后痊愈。结论：应用宫腔镜治疗宫腔因素所致不孕不育，
具有更好的妊娠率，和较低的并 发症发生率。
