羊水过少与足月小样儿160例临床分析

【摘要】目的：探查羊水过少与围产儿 预后的关系。方法：分析在我科分娩的
羊水过少的160例患者。结果：观察组阴道分娩8例，剖宫产1 52例，剖宫产
率为95.0%。对照组阴道分娩96例，剖宫产64例，剖宫产率为40.0%。两< br>组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.01），观察组剖宫产率明显高于对照组。结论：
同期羊水正 常分娩组比较，羊水过少组剖宫产率明显增高。对羊水过少者应及
早诊断，尽快处理。%Objecti ve:Exploration of oligohydramnios and
perinatal prognosis. Methods:160 patients in our department of
amniotic fluid delivery too little. Results:in the observation group,8
cases of vaginal delivery,cesarean section in 152 cases,the rate of
cesarean section was 95%. The control group of 96 cases of vaginal
delivery,cesarean section in 64 cases,the rate of cesarean section was
40%. There was significant difference between two groups ( P<0.01 ),
the observation group was significantly higher than that in control
group,the rate of cesarean section. Conclusion:compared with normal
amniotic fluid delivery group,oligohydramnios group the rate of
cesarean section increased significantly. Early diagnosis of
oligohydramnios,as soon as possible.
