【摘要】Objective Discuss misoprostol for postmenopausal women take
out IUD clinical s 100 women were di-vided into 2
groups,the observation group and treatment group. They want take out
IUD. Observation group giving misoprostol before remove the
intrauterine device,corresponding to this other group should not be
used any drugs,remove the intrauterine device direct-ly. We compared
two groups of indices such as pain and cervical dilation of women.
Results After comparing the degree of cervical relaxation of the two
groups of women,pain,adverse reactions,it is found that there was
significant difference between observation group and control
group(P<0.05).Conclusion Contribute to successful surgery to remove
the IUD intraoperative use of misoprostol.% 目的观察米索前列醇用于绝经期妇女取出宫内节育器的临床效果.方法选取2009年1月至2011年1月
100例要求取 环的放置宫内节育器的绝经妇女，随机分为观察组和对照组，观
察组取出宫内节育器前给予米索前列醇， 对照组不应用任何药物，直接取出宫
内节育器.观察对比2组妇女的宫颈扩张情况、疼痛、不良反应、手 术时间和手
术效果.结果观察组宫颈松弛、软化情况、疼痛、不良反应、手术时间、能否取
出情 况与对照组比较，有统计学意义上的差异(P<0.05).结论在绝经期妇女取出
