影响早产儿母乳喂养成功的护理因素

【摘要】 目的通过对早产儿母亲进 行心理疏导,母乳喂养知识的宣传教育，
后期随访等多项护理干预措施，切实落实母乳喂养的细节及可操 作性，提高早
产儿母乳喂养的成功率。方法随机选取2010年1月至2011年2月在我院产
科出生的早产儿148例，随机平均分成实验组和对照组，实验组对早产儿母亲
进行心理疏导，母乳喂养 知识的宣传教育，后期随访等多项护理干预措施；对
照组采取常规告知病情及母乳喂养的知识，对两组早 产儿生后4个月时纯母乳
喂养的例数进行统计学分析。结果实验组生后4个月及6个月时纯母乳喂养率< br>56.7%，6个月时纯母乳喂养率51.4%，均明显高于同期对照组患儿，差异有
统计学意义 。结论对早产儿母亲采取针对性，可行性，科学性的干预措施，可
以有效提高母乳喂养成功率。%Obj ective Through psychological
counseling of mothers of premature infants, breastfeeding knowledge
publicity and education, follow-up and other nursing intervention
measures, earnestly implement the breastfeeding details and operability,
improve the success rate of breast feeding in premature infants.
