【摘要】Objective To observe the ef ects of artificial abortion clinical
effect on re pregnancy women. Methods Selected after artificial
abortion pregnant again women 183 from our hospital as the
observation group, and 180 pregnant women with no artificial abortion
history as the control group, observed two groups. Results The
incidence rate of observation group in maternal premature rupture of
membranes, amniotic fluid, placenta accreta, placenta previa, premature
birth, pregnancy and postpartum hemorrhage were significantly higher
than control group, < 0.05, the dif erence has statistical significance.
Conclusion After abortion pregnancy pregnant women are more prone
to complications, we should strictly control the scope of indications in
clinical.%目的观察人工流产术（后简称人流）对妇女再次妊娠的临床影响。方
法选取我站2010年6月～2013年5月收治的人流后再次妊娠孕产妇183例
作为观察组，另选 取同期收治无人流史的孕产妇180例作为对照组，对比观察
两组情况。结果观察组孕产妇在胎膜早破、 羊水过少、胎盘粘连、前置胎盘、
早产、孕期及产后出血等方面发生率均明显高于对照组，﹤0.05， 差异有统计
学意义。结论人工流产后再次妊娠孕产妇更容易出现各种并发症，在临床上应
严格控 制人流适应症范围。
