【摘要】Objective:To summarize the clinical experience of neonatal

床资料。结果：患者总体治疗效果良 好。结论：新生儿病理性黄疸原因复杂，
以围生期因素及感染因素为主要因素、母乳性黄疸其次。故加强 围生期保健、
提倡围生期保健、减少剖宫产率，可减少新生儿黄疸的发生，是预防新生儿黄
疸的 关键。
