芪蓉润肠口服液治疗老年慢性便秘的效果探

【摘要】 目的 探討在治疗老年慢性便秘中使用芪蓉润肠口服液的临床效果。方法 82例老
年慢性便秘患者， 根据治疗方法不同分为观察组与对照组， 各41例。对照组患者采用乳果糖
口服溶液治疗， 观察组患 者采用芪蓉润肠口服液治疗。比较两组治疗前后排便次数、两组不
良反应发生率、两组药物费用。结果 治疗前， 两组排便次数比较差异无统计学意义
（P>0.05）;治疗后， 两组排便次数均有所增多， 且观察组（7.36±2.94）次周多于对照组
（5.39±1.15）次周， 差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组不良反应发生率为0， 低于对照
组的9.76%（441）， 差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.205， P<0.05）。观察组的药物费用为
（1072.58±151.37）元， 低于对照组的（1664.87±164.21）元， 差异有统计学意义
（χ2=16.981， P<0.05）。结论 使用芪蓉润肠口服液治疗老年慢性便秘具有显著的临床效果，
可有效改善患者临床症状， 增加其每周排便次数， 而且还具有较高的安全性， 可减少不良反
应的发生， 同时价格实惠， 值得临床大力推广。

【Abstract】 Objective; To discuss the clinical effect of Qirong Runchang oral liquid in the
treatment of chronic constipation in the elderly. Methods; ;A total of 82 elderly patients with chronic
constipation were divided into observation group and control group by different treatment methods，
with 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated by lactulose oral solution， and the
observation group was treated by Qirong Runchang oral liquid. The frequency of defecation before
and after treatment， incidence of adverse reactions and drug costs were compared between the two
groups. Results; Before treatment， there was no statistically significant difference in frequency of
defecation between the two groups （P>0.05）. After treatment， the frequency of defecation
increased in both groups， and the observation group （7.36±2.94） timesweek was more than that
of the control group （5.39±1.15） timesweek， and the difference was statistically significant
