氨苄青霉素在淋菌性外阴炎治疗中的应用分析

【摘要】目的：分析淋菌性外阴炎应用 氨苄青霉素治疗的临床效果。方法选取
2013年3月～2014年3月间我院收治的淋菌性外阴炎患者 31例，对照组给
予红霉素肌肉注射治疗，观察组给予氨苄青霉素肌肉注射治疗，对比两组治疗
效果与不良反应。结果观察组总有效率（93.75%）与对照组（80.00%）比较
相对较高，不良 反应相对较少，两组患者治疗效果差异有统计学意义
（P<0.05）。结论淋菌性外阴炎应用氨苄青霉 素治疗效果良好，副反应少，安
全可靠，值得推广。%Objectives Clinical efficacy of Ampicil in in
treatment of gonococcal genital vulvitis is to be observed. Methods
Choose 31 patients with gonococcal genital vulvitis who are treated in
hospital from March 2013 to March 2014. Patients in control group are
given intramuscular erythromycin infection treatment,while patients in
study group are given intramuscular Ampicil in infection treatment;and
then observe and compare the treatment efficacy and side-effect
incidence of these two groups. Results The treatment efficacy in study
group(93.75%)is much higher than that in control group(80.00%) with
few side effects,there is a treatment differential between the two
groups,and such a differential has statistic value(P<0.05). Conclusion
