【摘要】Objective Compare infertility women and eugenic checking
women with their serum TORCH in order to know the relationship
between intrauterine infection and pregnancy outcomes. Methods
Using ELISA detect the serum TORCH-Ab of 308 cases of infertilities
women (group A)and 420 eugenic checking women (group B).Results
The positive rate of group A,respectively,was
4.2%,2.3%,6.2%,8.4%,5.2%.However,the positive rate of group B was
2.6%,2.1%,5.5%,2.9%,2.0%.Conclusion There was a significant dif
erences between infertilities women and eugenic checking women in
CMV-IgM and ital and perinatal intrauterine infection
antibody detection has important significance to eugenics.%目的：比较
不孕不育妇女和优生优育检查妇女 的血清TORCH感染情况，了解先天性及围
产期宫内感染对优生优育以及妊娠结局的影响。方法对20 13年10月~2014
年10月来我院的308例不孕不育妇女和420例行优生优育检查妇女行EL ISA
测血清特异性TORCH抗体。结果不孕不育组风疹病毒(RUV)、弓形虫(TOX)、
单纯疱疹病毒I(HSV-I)、单纯疱疹病毒I (HSV-I )、巨细胞病毒(CMV)的IgM
抗体阳性率分别为4.2%、2.3%、6.2%、8.4%、5.2%。优生优育组的阳性率
为2. 6%、2.1%、5.5%、2.9%、2.0%。结论不孕不育妇女组和优生优育组之
