【摘要】Objective To study the safety and feasibility of laparoscopic
operation in the treatment of ovarian cysts in the elderly over 70 years
s A total of 83 cases of ovarian cysts were randomly divided
into two groups:40 cases in laparoscopic group and 43 cases in open
surgery group;the effect of surgery,postoperative recovery index and
postoperative complications were s Between
laparoscopic group and open surgery group,the difference in the
amount of bleeding,incision length,time to get out of bed,exhaust time
and length of hospital stay had statistical significance (P ＜
0.05);Compared with open surgery group,the laparoscopic group had
significant differences in incision infection,wound rupture,bladder
injury,intestinal obstruction,and incidence of vein thrombosis (P ＜
0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ovarian cysts
in elderly women is safe and effective,and it is an ideal treatment for
ovarian cysts in elderly women.%目的 探讨70岁以上老年卵巢囊肿患者接
受腹腔镜手术治疗的安全性和可行性.方法 将2012年7月至2 015年7月宜昌
市中心人民医院收治的84例老年卵巢囊肿患者随机分为腹腔镜组41例和开腹
手术组43例,比较两组手术效果指标、术后恢复指标以及术后并发症发生率等.
