孕早期妇女叶酸服用现状及神经管畸形调查

[摘要] 目的 探讨孕妇目前服用叶酸情况及叶酸对新生儿神经管畸形的影响。 方法 保健人
员定期 下乡宣教，调查3年内孕妇服用叶酸情况及新生儿神经管畸形发生情况，并与前3年比
较。 结果 大部 分孕妇不懂得正确服用叶酸的知识，随着叶酸知识的普及和叶酸的逐年服用，
神经管畸形的发生人数逐年 下降。2008年后3年的新生儿神经管畸形发病人数与2008年之前
3年相比，差异有统计学意义。 结论 叶酸的补充在孕妇孕早期不容忽视，应给予足够重视，
关于此方面的知识还需更广泛的普及。

Investigation on current situation and neural tube defects of women taking folic acid during early
pregnancy

[Abstract] Objective To investigate current situation and neural tube defects of women taking
folic acid during early pregnancy. Methods Healthcare staff went to countryside and educated on a
regular basis, and investigated within 3 years of pregnant women taking folic acid and neural tube
defects occur in newborns, compared with the occurrence rate of 3 years before. Results Most
pregnant women taking folic acid did not know the correct knowledge, with universal knowledge on
folic acid and folic acid was taken every year, an annual decline in the number of neural tube defects
occured. 3 years after 2008，the occurrence of neural tube defects in newborns compared with the 3
years before 2008, the differences was significant. Conclusion Supplement of folic acid in early
pregnancy in pregnant women can not be ignored, and it should give adequate attention; This aspect of
knowledge need of wider popularity.

神经管畸形主要包括无脑畸形和脊柱裂，大约占全部出生缺陷的13，是造成孕妇流产、
死胎、死产的重 要原因，也是造成婴儿死亡以及患者终身残疾的主要原因之一。我国是世界上
神经管畸形的高发国，它不 仅威胁妇女和儿童健康，还影响出生人口素质，给患者、家庭和社
会造成沉重的经济负担[1]。我市处 于浙西山区，由于经济和文化相对落后、孕妇饮食不合
理、自我保健意识差，加上未规范服用叶酸，我市 近3年围产儿神经管畸形的发生率均高于杭
