【摘要】目的：探讨乳腺癌患者化疗前 后血清IGFⅠ，CA153，VEGF水平的
变化及其临床意义。方法：应用放射免疫分析结合酶联法 对33例乳腺癌患者
进行了血清IGFⅠ，CA153，VEGF测定，并与35例正常健康人作比较。 结果：
乳腺癌患者在化疗前血清IGFⅠ、CA153、VEGF水平均显著地高于正常人组
（ P﹤0.0l），化疗后一年复发组又明显高于未复发组（P﹤0.05）。结论：检测
乳腺癌患者化疗 前后血清IGFⅠ，CA153，VEGF水平的变化与乳腺癌的病情
和预后密切相关，具有重要的临床 价值。%Objective To investigate the
patients with breast cancer before and after Chemotherapy of serum
IGF I,CA153 and VEGF and their clinical significances. Method Serum
CA153( with RIA),serum IGF I and VEGF( with ELISA)levels were
determined in 33 patients with breast cancer both before and after
chemotherapy as well as in 35 normal healthy controls. Results In
patients with breast cancer before chemotherapy of serum
IGF,CA153,VEGF levels were significantly higher than those in normal
group(P﹤0. 0l),one year after chemotherapy recurrence group was
