【摘要】Objective To investigate the correlation of serum free fatty acids
levels with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and carotid artery
intima- media thickness (CIMT).Methods The blood lipid levels,insulin
resistance and CIMT thickness were measured in 150 healthy controls
and 168 cases of independent factors influencing
NAFLD,and CIMT were s The levels of fasting blood
glucose,triglycerides,fasting insulin,fasting free fatty acids and CIMT
thickness were significantly higher in patients with NAFLD than those in
healthy controls(P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions Free fatty acid levels are
independent risk factors of patients have elevated levels
of serum free fatty addition,elevated serum free fatty acid levels
are correlated with CIMT.%目的 探讨血清游离脂肪酸水 平与非酒精性脂肪肝
病(NAFLD)及颈动脉内膜中层厚度(CIMT)间的关系.方法 测定150 例健康对照
和168例NAFLD患者的血脂水平、胰岛素抵抗和CIMT厚度.分析影响
NA FLD、CIMT的独立因素.结果 NAFLD组患者较健康对照组空腹血糖、三酰
甘油、空腹胰岛素 、空腹游离脂肪酸及CIMT等指标均显著升高(P＜0.01).结论
游离脂肪酸水平是NAFLD患病的独立影响因素,NAFLD患者血清游离脂肪酸
