摘 要 目的：观察两种 不同部位接种7价肺炎链球菌结合疫苗（PCV7）的不良反应发生情
况。方法：将2013年1月-2 013年6月莘庄社区卫生服务中心自愿接种PCV7的婴幼儿3 171
人按接种部位分为股外侧肌组（1 645人）和上臂三角肌组（1 526人），比较两组不良反应发
生率。结果：3 171人中不良反应发生率为9.8%（3123 171），上臂三角肌组为10.9%（1671
526），股外侧肌组为8.8%（1451 645），两组不良反应率差异有统计学意义（P

ABSTRACT Objective： To observe the occurrences of the adverse reactions of the
pneumococcal 7-valent conjugate vaccine （PVC7） at the two different immunization parts.
Methods： From Jan. to June 2013， 3 171 infants were inoculated with PVC7 voluntarily in
Xinzhuang Community Health Service Center， and were divided into a lateral femoral muscle group
（1 645 infants） and an upper arm deltoid one （1 526 ones） according to the immunization sites
and the occurrence rates of the adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results： The
incidence of the adverse reactions was 9.8 % （3123 171） in 3171 infants， 10.9% （1671 526）
happened in the upper arm deltoid group， 8.8% （1451 645） in the lateral femoral muscle one，
and the difference had the statistical significance （χ2=4.05， P

肺炎是我国5岁以下儿童死亡的首位原因[1] ，接种肺炎链球菌疫苗是特异性预防的措施。
目前已经上市的7价肺炎链球菌结合疫苗（PCV7）适用 人群为5岁以下儿童，全程4针次，
推荐接种途径为股外侧或上臂三角肌注射。为了解上臂三角肌和股外 侧肌接种PCV7疫苗的安
全性，本文观察接种PCV7婴幼儿不良反应的发生情况。
