中国婴幼儿及儿童服装标准分析

摘要：婴幼儿及儿童服装是重要的服装类别，制定相关的标准可以有效地保障婴幼儿及儿
童服装产品的质 量，保护婴幼儿和儿童穿着服装时的人身安全，中国目前已构建了较为完善的
婴幼儿及儿童服装标准体系 。本文从适用范围、物理性能、安全性能和标签标识4个方面对中
国现行的婴幼儿及儿童服装标准进行了 比较分析，结果表明：现行标准已基本涵盖当前国内市
场上销售的婴幼儿及儿童服装类别；在学生服装的 产品标准方面，存在标准重复设置的问题；
对于婴幼儿及儿童服装的安全性能要求更为全面和严格，在机 械安全性方面逐步与国际标准接
轨和趋同，在化学安全性方面仍需关注欧美的最新要求。

Infants and childrens clothing is a category attracting special attention， and it is necessary to
formulate suitable standards to effectively ensure the quality of infants and childrens clothing and
protect infants and childrens personal safety in respect of dressing. So far， China has established a
sound standard system for infants and childrens clothing. This paper is intended to analyze and
compare the current Chinese standards for infants and childrens clothing from four aspects，
including scope of application， physical performance， safety and label identification. The results
show that the existing standards have covered the infants and childrens clothing available in the
domestic market； there are overlapping provisions in the standards for students clothing； the safety
performance of infants and childrens clothing is subject to more comprehensive and stricter
requirements， the requirements on mechanical safety of infants and childrens clothing is gradually
becoming in line with international standards， and special attention should be paid to the latest
standards and requirements on chemical safety of infants and childrens clothing prevailing in Europe
and America.
