待产包需要准备什么
待产包是什么
待产包是产妇为 生产住院及坐月子而准备的各类物品的总称，包括妈妈用品、
宝宝用品、入院重要物品。待产物品虽然没 有硬性规定，但不可否认，准备得越详
尽，妈妈和宝宝都会更舒适方便，所以准妈妈要在孕期提前做好功 课，按照不同季
节准备好待产包。
待产包准备时间
一般在怀孕7个月的时候开 始准备最好，既可以慢慢挑选、慢慢准备，又不至
于遇到突发状况手忙脚乱。另外，在入院之前应该提前 把住院需要准备的物品单独
归类好，以免临产时慌乱。
待产包清单
妈妈用品:
1、睡衣:2—4套。炎热的天气，出汗多，需要准备以棉质为主，轻薄透气的睡

的毛衣和棉衣。

3、拖鞋:1—2双 。选择鞋底柔软、防滑的拖鞋，如果是寒冷的天气，可以准备
棉拖鞋。有亲人陪床的话，最好准备双人份 ，晚上起来照顾宝宝时穿也非常方便。
4、毛巾:4—6块。主要用于妈妈自身的清洁，可分别用于 擦身、清洁乳房、清
洗下身、擦脚等。夏天的时候，出汗多，可以再备多几条。建议毛巾尽量不要混用，最好是不同花色的，分别用于不同的用途;还要请照顾自己的人每天用开水给
毛巾消毒。产后身 体不比平时，容易感染细菌，护理时应该更加谨慎。
5、内裤:4—6条。产后恶露多，需要随时更 换，保持清洁卫生。旧的内裤也可
以，但最好多带几条。

8、成人护理垫:8—10片。在最初的几天，要插导尿管的时候用来隔恶露。
9、餐具。 饭盒、筷子、杯子、勺子、还有带弯头的吸管，产后不能起身时，
可用吸管喝水、喝汤，很方便。 < br>10、妈妈食品。可提前准备好红糖、巧克力等食品。巧克力可用于生产时增加

11、洗漱用品:1套。牙具、梳子、小镜子、护肤霜、洗脸盆、洗脚盆、香皂、

13、洗澡带:1个。让宝宝躺在水中而不至于被水呛到。

17、指甲钳:婴儿专用，新生儿新陈代谢快，指甲很快就长出来 了。要是不剪

四季待产包
春季待产包注意事项:
1、春季气候转暖、潮湿，衣服不容易干，建议准妈妈多买几套睡衣 以备不时
之需。另外，春季多雨，在出院时记得准备雨具。
