分析中药辨证治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效

【摘 要】【摘要】目的 观察并探讨中药辨证治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果。方法
选取100例新生儿黄疸患 儿，依据治疗方法的不同将其列入观察组与对照组，
每组各为50例。对照组行蓝光照射治疗，在对照组 基础上，观察组加用中药
辩证疗法。结果 两组治疗有效率相比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；两
组均不存在不良反应。结论 在新生儿黄疸的治疗中，中药辨证施治方法能够有
效地提高治疗有效率，且安全性好。

Objective To observe and discuss the clinical effect of Chinese medicine
evidence-based medicine method in treatment of neonatal
jaundice． Methods Chose 100 cases of neonatal jaundice patients，
according to the different treatment methods in its list devided into
observation group and control group，each group of 50 cases． The
control group used blue light treatment， on the basis of control group，
observation group with traditional Chinese medicine dialectical
therapy． Results Two groups of treatment in comparison，the
