脑膜瘤的影像学表现及其临床意义

[摘要] 脑膜瘤是颅内及脑外常见肿瘤之一，发病率约占颅内肿瘤的13%～26%；脑膜瘤生
长缓慢 ，多为良性，好发于中老年人群，由于这些特点，脑膜瘤的切除率很高，但由于有些脑
膜瘤的血供丰富， 导致术后复发率提高，通常需要影像学检查；本文为了明确病灶的供血及静
脉回流情况及术后的观察，同 时把脑膜瘤的基本情况及影像表现作一如下综述。

[Abstract] This meningioma intracranial and brain is one of the common tumors,incidence of a
disease of the brain tumor accounts for about 13% to 26%.This meningioma slow growing, more
benign, good hair at middle-aged and elderly people, because these characteristics, this meningioma of
removal rate is high, but because some meningioma of blood to the rich, lead to the recurrence rate
increase, usually need to imaging examination; This paper, in order to define the venous blood and
lesions, postoperative observation, but at the same time, this meningioma of basic and imaging
findings that are reviewed in this paper.

本文为了明确病灶的供血及静脉回流情况及进行术后的观察，同时把脑膜瘤的基本情况及
影像表现作如下 综述。
1 脑膜瘤的概述
脑膜瘤是一种生长缓慢的肿瘤 ，成年人多见，以女性发病率较高，单发居多，绝大多数是
良性，恶性约占2.14%[1]；脑膜瘤的 病程较长，可达数年之久；早期症状不明显，当肿瘤增大
压迫邻近组织是发生间接征象时被发现，但通常 并不侵犯脑组织，不同的部位表现的症状不一
致。
