流感预防小知识
1什么是流行性感冒？流行性感冒简称流感，它是由
流感 病毒引起的一种急性呼吸道的传染病，临床上主
要表现为发热、头痛、全身酸疼、咳嗽、咽痛，等等症状。可有胃肠道的不适。
2如何区分普通感冒和流感？病原的区别多种病毒都
可以引起 普通感冒。而流感是特指甲型、乙型、丙型
三种流感病毒引起的急性呼吸道传染病，一般甲型流
感2～3年会引起一个小流行，10～15年会引起一个
大的流行，想必大家对2009年的甲流大爆发 还记忆
犹新。乙型流感一般是局部的流行，而丙型流感一般
是散发或者是家庭内部的流行。
症状的区别
普通感冒的症状比较轻，一般表现为鼻咽部的症状，
比如流鼻涕、咳嗽、 咽痛等等，不一定伴有发热，普
通感冒的病程呢一般5-7天就可以痊愈；而流感起病
很急，从 一开始就会有发热的症状出现，而且体温甚
至可以高达39℃～40℃，全身的症状非常严重，可有畏寒、发热、头痛、头昏，四肢酸痛，大一点的孩子
会说自己的喉咙疼，而小一点的婴幼 儿可以体现为恶
心、呕吐甚至腹泻的现象，一般高烧3～5天以后，
全身症状会逐渐减轻，会出 现咳嗽等呼吸道的症状。
流感的病程一般在1～2个星期。
3如何预防流感？
（一）保持良好的个人和环境卫生。
（二）勤洗手，使用肥皂或洗手液并用流动的水洗手，< br>不用污浊的毛巾擦手。在双手接触呼吸道分泌物以后
（比如说打喷嚏后）要立即洗手。
（三）打喷嚏或咳嗽的时候应该用手帕或者纸巾掩住
口鼻，避免飞沫污染他人。流感患者在家或外出时应
佩戴口罩，避免传染给他人。
（四）均衡饮食、适量运动、充足休息，避免过度疲
劳。
（五）每天开窗通风数次，保持室内空气新鲜。
（六）在流感流行的高发期，尽量不到人多拥 挤、空
气污浊的场所；不得已必须去时，最好戴口罩。
（七）在流感流行季节前接种流感疫< br>苗可减少感染的机会或减轻流感的症状。流感疫苗接
种是预防流感最为经济有效的方法。
