前置胎盘剖宫产术的护理

【摘要】目的：探讨前置胎盘剖宫产术 的临床护理效果及其应用价值。方法选
用我院于2013年10月～2014年3月间收治的前置胎盘剖 宫产的产妇40例，
将其随机分为观察组和对照组各20例，其中对照组患者接受常规护理，观察
组患者在对照组的基础上接受前置胎盘剖宫产精心护理。对比分析两组患者的
分娩成功率。结果接受护 理后，两组患者均成功分娩并痊愈出院，其中观察组
患者并发症发生率为0.50%（120），对照组 并发症发生率为20.00%（420），
二者差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论通过对前置 胎盘产妇行剖宫产术并
给予精心护理，有利于产妇顺利分娩，能有效降低并发症发生率，降低母婴死亡率。%Objective To investigate clinical nursing effect and its
application value of placenta previa after cesarean section. Methods
Selected 40 examples of woman with placenta previa after cesarean
section in our hospital from October 2013 to March 2014,the control
